# Developer revenue share

> YesCaptcha developer revenue share. Put your softID in the requests your software sends for its users and receive 20% of what they spend (10% each when an inviter also applies); move it to your balance or withdraw from ¥100 in the dashboard.

If your software, script or extension uses YesCaptcha, include your developer ID (`softID`) in the requests it sends for other users, and you receive a share of what they spend. Users still use their own `clientKey` and points; the share doesn’t cost them anything extra.

## Integration

1. Call [`getSoftID`](https://docs.yescaptcha.com/en/api/get-soft-id/) with your own `clientKey` to get your developer ID:

    ```json
    { "errorId": 0, "softID": 3, "balance": 0.004 }
    ```

2. In every `createTask` request your software sends, add the top-level field `softID` (next to `clientKey` and `task`; it is case-sensitive):

    ```json
    {
      "clientKey": "THE_USERS_CLIENT_KEY",
      "task": { "type": "NoCaptchaTaskProxyless", "websiteURL": "https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api2/demo", "websiteKey": "6Le-wvkSAAAAAPBMRTvw0Q4Muexq9bi0DJwx_mJ-" },
      "softID": 3
    }
    ```

    `clientKey` is the user’s own key.

## Share rules

- Tasks carrying your `softID` credit **20%** of the user’s actual spending to your developer share.
- If the user was also invited by someone (see [Referral program](https://docs.yescaptcha.com/en/account/referral/)), the developer and the inviter **get 10% each**.
- Only charged tasks earn a share; failed and timed-out tasks that are refunded don’t. If the user reports a wrong result and is refunded, the share for that task is taken back.
- Check your share balance (in CNY) with `balance` from [`getSoftID`](https://docs.yescaptcha.com/en/api/get-soft-id/) or `softBalance` from [`getBalance`](https://docs.yescaptcha.com/en/api/get-balance/).

## Using your share

- **Move to balance**: transfer it to your account balance in the dashboard, at 1,000 points = ¥1.
- **Withdraw**: once it reaches **¥100**, submit a withdrawal request in the dashboard; it is paid after review.
- You are responsible for declaring income tax on withdrawals.
