# report

> POST /report tells YesCaptcha whether task results were correct. Failed image recognition tasks reported within 1 hour are settled for refunds after about 24 hours; please report correct results too.

`report` tells us whether a group of task results was right. Image recognition tasks reported as wrong are refunded after about 24 hours if they qualify, and reports also help improve recognition. Please report correct results as well.

No `clientKey` is needed; the task IDs identify the tasks.

When one challenge takes several images (for example five rounds of FunCaptcha) and the final submission fails without telling you which round was wrong, report the whole group of task IDs together.

## Refunds for failed reports

-   Only 5 image recognition types are refunded: `FunCaptchaClassification`, `HCaptchaClassification`, `ReCaptchaV2Classification`, `AwsClassification` and `bCaptchaClassification`.
-   Only reports made **within 1 hour** of creating the task count, and each task is refunded at most once.
-   Refunds are settled **after about 24 hours**, not immediately.
-   At settlement, your reported failure rate is compared with other users on the same questions in the same period; if yours is clearly higher, you are refunded at the period’s failure rate.
